Thursday Noir: Elevator to The Gallows

What makes a French New Wave noir film better? A cool jazz soundtrack written by Miles Davis. Honestly, the score for Louis Malle’s “Elevator to the Gallows” is amazing, and so is the film. If you don’t like subtitles, don’t worry, there’s not a lot of dialogue. Amazing mood in this film.
